We accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can submit a return request within 30 days after delivery or within 40 days after purchase. The returned item must be new, unused, and in its original condition and original package. Please simply contact us to apply for a return authorization before the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please note that we are unable to provide the prepaid return shipping label.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us and provide the necessary photos and documentation to illustrate the problem within 30 days after the purchase. We will arrange a refund or replacement for you after confirming the problem.
