4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product quality issue or DOA (dead on arrival).
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- For items valued over USD 50, shipping insurance is advised.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges / Replacements

- If the device is confirmed faulty or DOA, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

- Accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for a refund.
- If returned for personal reasons, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
