Standard One-Year Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our home decor products.
All items are covered by a standard one-year manufacturer warranty, effective from the original invoice date.

Under normal residential use and conditions, the manufacturer warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials

• Defects in workmanship under normal household use

What We Will Do

During the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product, or

• Provide a repaired or refurbished product of equal value

There is no charge for the repair or replacement itself.

Customer Responsibilities

Please note that the customer is responsible for:

• Shipping costs

• Handling and packing fees

• Return postage and insurance

These costs are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Claim Requirements

All warranty claims are subject to:

• Verification of the defect or malfunction

• Proof of purchase, including:

  • Original dated sales receipt

  • Model number shown on the receipt

Claims without valid documentation may not be approved.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

• Commercial use

• Accidental damage or unauthorized repairs
