ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time, North America (Los Angeles) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery can take longer during peak periods, due to customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, or the impact of the epidemic. Please note delivery information may be updated slowly or temporarily unavailable. We will do our best to urge FEDEX to help you receive your order as soon as possible.

TRACKING

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, carrier information, date and time of order placement, order status, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

You can track your items on FEDEX's official website after 24 hours. Once they arrive in your country, your local postal service takes over. If tracking shows that the parcel could not be delivered, please contact your local post office first. For further assistance, email us at support@neslako.com. Tracking is active for 60 days; we will not be able to assist after this period.

DELIVERY

If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email support@neslako.com within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving the shipment, including a picture of the damage. Record any delivery issues (damaged/soaked package, torn/bent products) with the carrier when receiving the order if possible.

CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@neslako.com as soon as possible.

MISSING ITEMS

If an order is delayed at customs, returned, or lost during delivery, please contact our support team at support@neslako.com to request a refund or replacement.

ABOUT TAX

Tax-free store. No additional charges apply once your order is placed. In rare cases, VAT, customs duties, or fees may be levied by your destination country. Please check your local customs policy if needed. We are happy to assist where possible.
